Artur is the founder of "Southwest London PT.com" a gym and online training service based out of South West London. Artur overcame debilitating knee and ankle pain, along with postural issues through a personal journey involving rebuilding the body from the ground up.

Artur transformed his body, going from frail and chronically injured to enjoying intense sports and improving his own health and performance.

Since 2019

Artur is qualified sport scientist and personal trainer. In 2019 Hew was as one of 50 out 5000 applicants by Nike for their bespoke training program.

Frequently Asked Qustions

A. The primary location for training will be in a private PT exclusive studio-gym located in Hammersmith. However, please enquire if you prefer alternative venues. Parks, home/residential gyms or even a spare room are all suitable locations depending on your goals.

A. Yes, please enquire your preferred location of your choice within Zones 1-3. Please note that slot availability will be more restrictive due to travel.

A. There is no extra fee if the training session takes place in Fulham/Kensington area. However if it's outside this area but still in South West London, there will be £5 call out fee and £10 outside.

A. You should consult medical professional and seek their advice in the event of a serious injury such as a Grade III muscle or ligament tear. If after following their protocal / physiotherapy/ other medical intervention didn’t satisfy you, you are welcome to book the taster session for a second look and try an alternative approach.

A. Yes, please enquire for more information, and we’ll have a certified trainer get in touch with you directly.

A. Each person and their journey are unique, as nobody lives the exact same life or has the same genetics as the other person. You have to assess your whole lifestyle daily and weekly, 1 hour of private training is start in your self improvement direction but it can be hampered if the other 23 hours are sedentary, overly stressed, poor sleep with diets of low quality protein and lack of diverse food sources. A timeline can’t be given but support and resources will always be available to clients to ensure a change in lifestyle and mindset is on track. Simply put, the more you put in = the more you get out.

A. After your consultation you will be given access to a coaching platform where a bespoke program will be made for you. There will be a minimum of two virtual sessions a month where your technique will be assessed live as if it was in person ,a long with weekly check-ins. On the coaching platform you can upload technique videos of yourself (especially the last three reps!) and feedback will be given to you within 48 hours.

A. For the dedicated and motivated trainees,, this is the best value and service that can be provided with many pillars of fitness covered. Are you someone that is dedicated to a particular goal or sport? If so this could be great choice as you can have potentially unbeatable 8 hours+ of private training weekly!
A sample of unlimited training can include thorough joint preparation, 45-60min resistance or skill training , followed by a proper mobility session. Please enquire for more if you think this is the right option for you.

A. Coaching is available in Russian as-well

A. For sessions in the studio a total of 3 can be coached at once. Each trainee will have to pay extra £5 due to space limitations. For group training outside the studio please enquire (hyperlink to the form), up to 6 people can be accommodated.
